- Do you replace my current system or integrate with it?
- Both paths are possible. We can build the complete platform that replaces the legacy system or integrate the new system with the ones you already use, without stopping the operation during the transition.
- Custom software or an off-the-shelf ERP: how do I decide?
- Start with what you already have. If the ERP or SaaS the company uses does what you need with some configuration, staying with it is cheaper and faster. Custom software starts to pay off when the rule that sets the business apart does not fit the ready-made product, or when the team has already built a parallel spreadsheet to cover what it cannot do. In most of our projects the answer is a combination: the ERP keeps handling tax and finance, and the custom system handles the part only that company does.
- Does custom software have to be built from scratch?
- No. A custom system can live alongside the systems the company already uses and read their data. At Fitness Academia, the system reads sales from NextFit, which remains the gym's management system; at Ideal, inventory comes from Altimus. Building from scratch only makes sense for the part no ready-made system solves.
- Can I migrate the data I already have today?
- Yes. We plan the migration of your data from spreadsheets or the old system, with validation and reconciliation before it goes into production.
- How soon do I get the first version live?
- We work in incremental stages of 1 to 3 weeks, so you validate a working version in the first cycles, well before the full system is complete.
