Epicora on one page
Epicora is a Brazilian software house, founded in 2023 and based in Chapecó, Santa Catarina. We design, build and maintain custom software: business systems that run an operation, digital products and SaaS, mobile apps, integrations with third-party systems and AI automation.
We serve companies across Brazil, from manufacturing and healthcare to finance, sports, education and services. We also take over systems that already exist and were built by another team — not every project starts from scratch, and a good share of our work is stepping into live software without stopping the operation.

How we work
The method is the same on every project, and it exists to take surprises off the table:
- A written scope before any line of code. The document describes behaviour and business rules, and it is what you hold us to afterwards.
- An estimate in hours, as a range. We forecast against similar projects we have already delivered, not with a round number.
- A roadmap with dates and partial deliveries in staging. The client validates in pieces, even when the cutover happens all at once.
- Maintenance after go-live. Software delivered and abandoned becomes legacy quickly — and legacy is the problem we solve most often.

Where we are
Our office is in Chapecó, in western Santa Catarina, and the work is remote for the rest of the country. This site exists in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and project documentation is always written in the client's language.
